Soul Intentions LLC is located in the historic North End of Pueblo on West 14th Street, directly across from the famous Rosemont Mansion. The Soul Intentions Mansion was built in April of 1900. It was built and designed as the Pueblo residence for the founder of the DRG Railroad, complete with pasture land, carriage house, and shotgun range. Over its 120 year history, it was also served as a law office, financial office, and medical doctor's office.

Our Outdoor Therapy Patio in Pueblo, CO offers a beautiful area in a mystical setting, perfect for confidential counseling and healing. We know that all people react differently, and that some people need the fresh air of the outdoors, verses just sitting in a therapist's office. Soul Intentions LLC offers exercise equipment and outdoor/indoor QiGong training, with plenty of room for social distancing.
